Refund and Exchange Rights:
If your device is defective or does not meet specifications, you have the right to exchange it for a new device (with all accessories) or receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. For non-defective returns (if not installed), you may exchange or receive a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the device is in its original condition with all accessories and the original tax invoice.
Manufacturing Defects:
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technical team, the product will be repaired or replaced within 14 business days. Repairs or replacements are covered under warranty and do not require the consumer to pay shipping costs.
Shipping Costs:
- For non-defective returns/exchanges (if not installed) within 14 days, the consumer bears return shipping costs.
- For defective returns/exchanges within 30 days, Arpina Tech covers shipping costs.
Exclusions:
Refunds/exchanges do not apply to:
Devices returned after 30 days (defective) or 14 days (not installed).
Devices with missing or damaged accessories.
Devices that have been physically damaged or misused.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned device.
