Are Arpina Tech products genuine?

Yes. We are the official exclusive distributor of Lenovo Smart Locks and Moorgen products in Egypt. Every product is original, NTRA-certified, and comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty.

What is the difference between Lenovo and Moorgen smart locks?

Both brands offer premium smart security. Lenovo smart locks feature 3D face recognition, palm vein technology, video intercom, and app control — ideal for modern apartments and villas. Moorgen locks add a luxury design dimension, including the Swarovski crystal series and Zaha Hadid Design collaborations — perfect for high-end residences.

Which doors are compatible with your smart locks?

Our smart locks are compatible with wooden, armored (steel), metal, and PVC doors. Door thickness requirements vary by model and are listed on each product page. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and our team will advise you.

Do the locks work if the battery runs out?

Yes. All our locks include an emergency Type-C charging port on the exterior. Simply connect a power bank to restore power and unlock the door. Some models also accept standard AA alkaline batteries as backup.

Can multiple users access the lock?

Yes. Our smart locks support multiple users via fingerprint, face recognition, PIN codes, and key cards. Temporary access codes can also be created for guests or service personnel.

Do the locks work without WiFi?

Yes. All biometric methods (fingerprint, face recognition, PIN, card, and mechanical key) work completely offline. WiFi is only required for remote unlocking via the mobile app.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery is available within 1 to 2 business days. We deliver to all Egyptian governorates.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available. Please confirm availability for your area at checkout.

How do I request installation?

Simply select the installation option when placing your order. Our customer service team will contact you to schedule the installation at a time that suits you. Installation fees vary based on your location and will be confirmed by our team.

What warranty do your products carry?

Can I return a product?
