OUR WARRANTY POLICY
1.We provide a 24-month free warranty from the purchase date, covering any manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions..
2.During the warranty period, any defects in the product (as determined by our authorized personnel) will be repaired free of charge, as long as the device is used under normal conditions and according to the user manual included with the product.
3.During the warranty period, the company or authorized service centers will repair or replace any part of the product that is found, upon inspection, to have a manufacturing defect. This will be done free of charge for the entire warranty period, as long as the repair or replacement is carried out by our authorized service centers or certified distributors.
4.The warranty certificate is non-transferable to any other person.
5.This warranty becomes void if any maintenance work is carried out on the device by the customer without consulting the company or outside of our authorized centers.
6.Please note that maintenance will not be free in the following cases during the warranty period:
- Damage resulting from improper use (such as using incompatible parts, improper installation, use that does not comply with the manual, misuse, or damage caused by neglect or destruction), or damage resulting from improper transportation or storage, or other similar accidents, or any repair or renewal not authorized by our company, as well as any damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters or excessive operating hours for the device), or any damage caused by the customer in general that is not related to manufacturing defects, or the use of incompatible external parts for the device model, such as rechargeable or energy-saving batteries.
- Product aging and corrosion due to normal use that does not affect its normal functionality.
- The warranty does not cover scratches or damage caused by human activity that affects the appearance of the product, as well as consumable accessories such as the battery and attachments.
- Damage resulting from modifications, such as any changes made to the product without the permission of Arpina Tech Company.
7.If the malfunctions affecting the functionality of the locks occur more than twice with the same issue within the first year, excluding software issues, the lock will be replaced with a new one at no cost. This replacement will occur after the necessary technical inspection on the third occurrence of the malfunction to ensure there is no misuse by the customer, with a maximum of 4 working days.
8.In case of any defect in the device that affects its performance or if it does not meet the specifications within 14 days from the purchase date, the buyer has the right to exchange the device for a new one with all its accessories or to receive a refund for the device from the store/point of sale where it was purchased. This is subject to the return of the old device with all its accessories in its original condition, along with the tax purchase invoice.
9.The maximum repair time is 21 working days during the warranty period. After this period, the company is obligated to replace the device with a valid replacement (for the internal unit) of the same model at no cost, while maintaining the original warranty period (after issuing the technical decision).
10.The warranty is void in case the warranty certificate is lost, or if there are any scratches or alterations on it, or if it is not stamped with the company's official seal or the seal of authorized distributors, or if the responsible employee's signature is missing.
11.The customer must keep the tax purchase invoice throughout the warranty period and ensure that the date on the tax invoice matches the date on the warranty certificate attached to the device, in order to protect the customer's rights.
12.Arpina Tech Company is not responsible if the customer violates any of the terms mentioned in the warranty certificate or the usage conditions.
13.In case of any dispute regarding any of the terms of the warranty certificate, please contact the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
