Business Days & Holidays:

Arpina Tech’s official business days are Sunday to Thursday.

Fridays, Saturdays, and all Egyptian public holidays are non‑working days for our team.

All delivery and installation timeframes are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes:

We aim to deliver and install your order as follows:

Cairo & Giza: Within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Alexandria, North Coast, 6th of October, 10th of Ramadan, New Capital, 15th of May, and other major cities: Within 3–5 business days.

Upper Egypt (e.g., Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan) and remote areas: Within 5–7 business days.

For urgent orders, contact customer service via WhatsApp or email; we will do our best to expedite delivery and installation.

Delivery Process:

Delivery and installation are handled exclusively by Arpina Tech’s professional in‑house team; we do not outsource to third parties.

An estimated delivery and installation date will be provided once your order is confirmed.

We will contact you to agree on a suitable date and time for delivery and installation.

Delivery and installation will be carried out at the registered address on your order.

The signature of any adult at the delivery address on the invoice copy will be considered valid proof of receipt.

What Happens If No One Is Home?

If no one is present at the agreed time, our team will attempt to contact you once.

If delivery cannot be completed, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled, and a small redelivery fee may apply (communicated in advance).

If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (e.g., defect), the order will be returned, and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

Delivery Costs:

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on:

Product type and weight.

Delivery address (governorate and city).

For special orders or large installations, a custom quote will be provided and included in your final order balance.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for Cross‑Border Shipments):

For orders shipped from outside Egypt:

The customer (importer) is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees.

We will provide all required commercial documents (invoice, packing list, etc.) to facilitate customs clearance.

Delays due to customs processing are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of this policy.

 

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances:

We will make every effort to fulfill your order within the stated timeframes, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

Strikes, civil unrest, or government actions.

Extreme weather, natural disasters, or road closures.

Customs delays or port congestion.

Any other event beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we will notify you of the expected new timeline.

 

Installation Policy:

All installations are carried out by Arpina Tech’s authorized in‑house technical team to ensure quality and reliability.

Standard installation takes approximately 60 minutes, depending on site conditions and product type.

Installation is scheduled after order confirmation; our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

Installation dates and times are subject to technician availability and your location.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling of Installation:

You may reschedule your installation appointment once free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Further rescheduling or last‑minute cancellations may incur a small service fee, communicated in advance.

If installation is canceled after the team has arrived at the site, a site visit fee will apply.

 

Return Shipping for Refunds & Exchanges:

For returns under the refund policy:

If the return is due to a defect or incorrect product, Arpina Tech covers return shipping.

If the return is for change of mind (within the allowed period), the customer bears return shipping costs.

Return shipping must be arranged through Arpina Tech’s logistics team; self‑shipping without approval may void the return.
